  • Delivery times vary based on your location:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Non-Metro Areas: 5–9 business days

  • All shipments are sent via trusted courier partners with tracking available.

  • You will receive tracking details on your email or phone once the order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on specific products or order values as part of promotional campaigns.


4. Delays or Issues

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen events like weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

5. Undeliverable Packages
